If you want to see what the visitor sees now, click on ‘ALT’ (contain) + ‘TAB’ (1x click).
Make sure you test this shortcut first. You can do this at all times on your laptop if you have multiple screens open. Give it a try. If you click the ‘TAB’ more often, you will also see that you can go to the next screens.
If you have to click through to your presentation but are now looking at the Hopin screen, go via ‘ALT’ (hold) + ‘TAB’ (click once) to your presentation and click with your mouse (or ‘spacebar’) the presentation 1 slide further.
If you haven’t mastered the shortcut key ‘ALT’ (content) + ‘TAB’ (1x click), you better keep your presentation in front of you and not go to Hopin.
If required: When you need to show a video in between, click ‘stop sharing’.
Then follow the points in italics under points 1 or 2 or 3.
When the video ends and you want to share your presentation again: click on ‘stop sharing’.
